About e-Hospital

e-Hospital is a platform connecting patients from remote rural areas in Bangladesh with doctors located in Dhaka City. A large number of our population lives in remote areas of Bangladesh. Constraints in terms of availability of doctors, financial solvency, awareness, transport and communication facilities, underprivileged people do not have prompt access to proper medical advice and treatments. e-Hospital values these people and focuses strongly on them so that they can receive a better treatment.

e-Hospital has many centers located in different remote rural areas in Bangladesh. Our trained Medical Technologists in the local centre register patient via our mobile application and then they collect medical history and symptoms of patient. After that Medical Technologists collect health data of patients using medical devices and send them in real time to the head office of e-Hospital located in the Capital City using mobile app.

A real time video conferencing is also done for consultation with doctor. Our Medical Doctor’s in the head office of e-Hospital in Dhaka receive patient’s medical data and consult them with prescription. e-Hospital also provides home health monitoring services where our Medical Technologist visits patient house and provides healthcare services using our mobile app, portable medical devices and web portal. Patients are receiving quick consultation from remote e-Hospital head office without requiring traveling.

Remote Patient Monitoring

Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) uses digital technologies to collect medical and other forms of health data from patients in one location and electronically transmit that information securely to health care providers in a different location for assessment and recommendations. People can measure health data at home using an APP and a wide range of medical measurement devices. Doctors can access patient data from a web portal, where he can review, analyze patient's data and provide prescription.

Remote Patient Monitoring can serve to reduce the number of hospitalizations, readmissions, and lengths of stay in hospitals—all of which help improve quality of life and control medical costs.  Patients with limited mobility can receive medical consultations at home, or in their local primary care provider's office. Remote monitoring techniques allow patients and their physicians to closely monitor medical conditions. Read MoreRead less
